| DescriptionLong | <p>The cozy living room is wonderfully light and through the fully glazed fronting over the full width of the living room (floor to ceiling windows) you have a <strong>panoramic view over the wide polder landscape</strong>. With the double garden doors you can optimally connect the living room to the garden. In addition to a large dining table, there is a spacious seating area with <strong>flat screen TV with foreign package </strong>and an<strong> atmospheric gas fireplace</strong>. The luxurious, open kitchen is fully equipped with modern quality appliances, such as a <strong>combi microwave oven, dishwasher </strong>and a<strong> Nespresso machine</strong>. The windows are equipped with <strong>electrically operated screens</strong> on the outside. </p><p>The villa has four spacious bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a double bed and a television, the other two bedrooms have single beds. The spacious master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a <strong>walk-in shower, </strong>toilet and bathroom furniture. The second bathroom is accessible from the hall and is equipped with a <strong>Infrared sauna</strong> with floor-to-ceiling glass wall. After a long beach walk you can warm up in the sauna. Furthermore, this bathroom is equipped with a <strong>walk-in rain shower</strong> and bathroom furniture. A separate guest toilet is located in the hall.</p><p>If you open the garden doors in the living room to the wonderfully sunny, spacious terrace you can enjoy the outdoors directly. You will find a large dining table and <strong>four comfortable sunbeds</strong>. The spacious garden borders a water feature and because of its <strong>location on the south</strong> you will always find a wonderful place in the sun. There is also a <strong>waterfront terrace </strong>available. Here you can enjoy the sun on the water or admire the beautiful sunset in the evening. </p><p>The holiday villa has an indoor storage room with a <strong>washing machine, dryer </strong>and<strong> </strong>a<strong> fridge-freezer.<br></strong>There is a cot and a high chair in every villa.</p><p>There is parking for two cars per villa and there is a <strong>charging station for electric cars</strong>*.<br><strong><br></strong>In this villa is a pet not allowed.<br><br>*To use the charging station, you need to use a charging card.
