By opening the garden doors you connect the living room to the terrace. In the living room there is a comfortable sitting area with <strong>cozy gas fireplace and flat screen TV. </strong>A large dining table invites you to dine. The windows are equipped on the outside with <strong>electrically operated screens. </strong></p><p>The luxurious, open kitchen is equipped with modern quality appliances: a <strong>refrigerator,</strong> a <strong>multifunctional combi-oven/microwave</strong>, a <strong>dishwasher</strong> and a <strong>Nespresso machine</strong>.</p><p>The villa has three bedrooms, all with single beds. Two bedrooms are equipped with TV. The master bedroom has a spacious bathroom en suite, with a walk-in shower, toilet and bathroom furniture. The second bathroom is accessible from the hall and has a <strong>sauna (Finnish and infrare</strong>d<strong>)</strong>, a walk-in shower, a toilet and a bathroom cabinet. </p><p>The enlarged terrace is accessible from the living room and equipped with garden furniture, two sunbeds and patio heating. Here you can fully enjoy while you sit down for a full lunch...</p><p>The holiday villa has a storage room equipped with a <strong>washing machine</strong>, a <strong>dryer</strong> and a <strong>fridge/freezer</strong>. For your convenience, a <strong>safe</strong> is available. There is also an <strong>electric charging station*,</strong> to be used only with a pass and for a fee.</p><p>There is a cot and a high chair in every villa. There is parking for a maximum of two cars.</p><p>This villa is pet free. </p><p><br>*To use the charging station, you need to use a charging card.
